May 17, 2013 - yea the akuma is pure fail. akuma is known for having a kind of a small head and well built body. this version of him looks like a tall oompa loompa with a broken nose, wearing a gi. and that fake looking hair... Akuma does not comb his hair and wear it in a pony tail (aside from the middle part). otherwise his hair should be a dark red greasy mess that stands up like flames. they should also adjust the brightness on set too, it'd make the gi's look less cheesy and kens flames stand out better.

It didn't look 'exaggerated', just fake,SUPER FAKE. even in quick glimpsed shadowy dark. He SHOULD be super exaggerated&stylized. He's barley human afterall. But his face should look like a STONE GARGOYLE. Harsh angles[square boxed chin] [hardcut jawline] [simple shallow box nose]. Feb 8, 2013 - I think Ken &Ryu are close enough likenesses, considering the practical skills they'll need & therefore the convenient pool to select from, but Akuma? I hope he was just a stand in actor. I'm sure Joey Ansah wants to play Akuma, I'm Sure he has his heart set on it, but for the sake of the movie. One has to ask themselves as the director. Is He really the best/ideal choice for that character? either way Akuma requires prosthetic(artfully sculpted ones), but you must start w the best base possible

Feb 8, 2013 - LOVE the HUGE EYEBROWS!!! Good on ya' for going for that leap. i'd say flair&spike them out even more! KEN's HAIR needs WAY more work, looks lack luster & fake like a wig. He's a 'pretty boy', regardless if it's dyed or natural, it should look more authentic/natural, &healthy/voluptuous, he's a man who'd take care in his hair, including a perfect dye job. Should be BRIGHT western YELLOW, not gold,bronze,orangish. Easily fixable- Quality Brighter dye, volume shampoo, hair product(just not stiff)

Nov 7, 2012 - To everyone complaining about the size and look of the characters, Joey Ansah explained in the hadocast episode 1 that the had little time for akuma an that's why they did a dark distorted shot for him. He also explained that these are accurate sizes to ryu and ken because the video took place around the same time as the alpha series and before the world warrior tournament.
