May 9, 2013 - No her name is on the memorial board at the end.

MrEisawesome Says:

Apr 27, 2013 - Personally i liked the first ending better, even though the choice was always the same, it had more of an impact with the overall sound .

MainHeretic Says:

Apr 6, 2013 - I would also have tweaked the "Control" endings (since Shep's "Reaper" speech initially reflects things like the Genophage, Eve's Survival, the Urdnot leader, and his/her morality). I would add facets about the Quarian/Geth war's outcome, and also whether the Council was saved/killed in ME-1; in Shepard's epilogue speech...

MainHeretic Says:

Apr 6, 2013 - I would essentially have augmented the EC endings to do a few things, had I my way. Rather than the infamous "Breath" scene, have an injured Shepard (if he/she survives) awaken in a hospital room somewhere, having been unconscious for several weeks. Then, after a few seconds, have his/her Love Interest (or Joker if there was none) enter the room, happy to see he/she is awake. Before the credits roll, Shepard manages to crack a weak, but warm smile.

KroganCharr Says:

Apr 1, 2013 - The "catalyst" IS the Reapers, it even admits that: "I embody the collective intelligence of all Reapers". And there is a difference between murder and collateral damage. What the Reapers do is murder against species, that is genocide. What happens to Synthetics in Destroy is collateral damage and the "catalyst" is to blame for that- it is the aggressor. If it would honestly offer a Destroy option, it would just direct the Reapers into a star- no casualties. It forced Shep's hand.

John michael Says:

Apr 1, 2013 - well I mainly speak for myself but all the endings have some level of evil to them destroy involves murdering al synthetics such as the Geth and EDI who in my file both were major war assets also the reapers are as much to blame as the indoctrinated cerburus-reaper troops were for their role in the war because the caytalist controlled them

Caleb Han Says:

Mar 4, 2013 - i'm cleaning tears off my keyboard

MrPoondeees Says:

Feb 2, 2013 - Don't blame EA. I'm tired of reading comments of people who think it is all EA's fault that the endings were shit. If weren't for EA we would not have gotten an extended cut making them semi decent.

pascottoz Says:

Jan 27, 2013 - shepard dies, best ending ever, died as a hero, quit bitching and deal with it.

pascottoz Says:

Jan 27, 2013 - does EDI survive? the ship wasn't hit...

survivor686 Says:

Jan 16, 2013 - Well done Shepard. You've destroyed the Reapers once and for all. Civilization will pick up and recover...and we'll do it on our terms.

ravenscaresAL Says:

Jan 16, 2013 - In my own point of view, the ending was a disappointment because they all looked the same. This "Best" ending is a good one to me, because it features the end of the war, and the human's victory over the Reapers. This, at least... Shepard's death (?) could be the ultimate ideal of resistance against the Reapers, and the indoctrination many fell by. Last, I guess the devs delt with different COLOURS because of the tight EA-time schedules. EA is to blame for such crap. ME3 could have been ART.

TheGarfield0 Says:

Jan 16, 2013 - Mass effect fields? Normandy probably picked them up, but god knows why

InfamousSand Says:

Jan 16, 2013 - Joker goes back to pick up the squadmates. Its why EDI is on the Normandy when you are defending the missiles from the destroyer if you don't take her.

hughcri Says:

Jan 13, 2013 - No I know that. I said how ALL, including the one's you left behind at the base

TheGarfield0 Says:

Jan 13, 2013 - Couldn't they just rebuild EDI and the Geth though?

TheGarfield0 Says:

Jan 13, 2013 - Have a high enough EMS at the last dash to the citadel, and the Normandy picks them up

TheGarfield0 Says:

Jan 13, 2013 - Have an EMS of over 3100, then pick destroy at the end

pocketkiller123 Says:

Jan 13, 2013 - Hey i dont know if this helps folks, but here is an official announce by bioware saying that, this is actually shepard and he stills alive... "social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/355/index/12756781&lf=8"

TheKenConker Says:

Jan 8, 2013 - How do u get this ending

Mac Hevere Says:

Jan 7, 2013 - when i beat the game to perfection and femshep died i cried. im not afraid to admit it. this was the most emotional endings of any game ive ever played. put so much into saving the galaxy and she still dies

hughcri Says:

Jan 2, 2013 - Wait a minute...this still doesn't explain how ALL the squad mates get on the Normandy...

hughcri Says:

Jan 2, 2013 - Am I the only one that thinks the lack of closure was the point? I love the extended cut but maybe they did this so YOU can decide your own personal ending...

OORheza Says:

Dec 27, 2012 - So does this contradictory with the indoctrination theory, because the original ending is my favorite.

Nadie1789 Says:

Dec 17, 2012 - I think this is the best ending; Control basically transforms Shepard in a damn machine, something he fought for years, making him loose his human side... Synthesis transforms EVERYONE in husks V2.0; and refusal... well, makes you feel you achieved nothing along the series. Destroy is the best: it shows that Shepard was sure that organic life could find a solution to make a better future without chaos...
