Apr 11, 2010 - downloaded the video and booklet last night. this is the best learn-at-home beginners lesson that i have bough and i have bought A LOT! most videos don't really explain what they are doing and why. he takes time and shows it slowly and explains it. it is well worth the money that i spent (which was more than reasonable)

Apr 5, 2010 - Thanks for posting this. I took the bait, went to the website, downloaded the volume 1 beginner banjo lesson that this video came from and it's helped me a lot. I have mutiple dvd's and this guy has helped me the most. I just started downloading the quicktime volume 2, hopefully it's just as good.

Oct 4, 2009 - its never to later, i picked it up earlyer this year and i'm 17, the only music background i have is drums and listening alot, so if you get a banjo (or any instrument) and just mess around with some how to books and chord sheets you can get it, like i said, it's never to later

Sep 23, 2009 - I love bluegrass music I think it's awesome. I've always wanted to learn to play to banjo. Would it be hard for me to learn if I have no music background what so ever? I mean I don't know any music notes, lingo, ect. I'm 18 years old and just wanted to know if anybody could help me out. Thanks!
