May 5, 2013 - I had both phones before and ULP GeForce is the graphics. Tegra 3 is the chipset, and every core is called a Cortex A9 and the graphic component aka GPU is called ULP GeForce. But yes, you are right, the iPhone 4s is clocked at 800mhz, but that doesn't mean that it is worse. Software trumps hardware. Also, I cant even understand what you are saying. Learn to spell, please.
