Jul 27, 2010 - thats why i want to go to america you can park up just about anywhere in an rv here in the uk u you cant because every peice of land is owned by somebody and you cant park on the roadside either because the cops move you on the only alternative are overcrowded camp sites

Im in the UK and hired a C class RV from them a few years ago to tour California, best thing I ever did. Picked up from Los Angeles and drove up through Mojave Desert, across Yosemite then down the Pacific Coast Highway from Monteray, through Santa Barbara, Malibu etc. The reason for choosing El Monte was their Rvs, no flashy graphics and no nonsense attitude.
